As is tradition for us on Easter, we had brunch instead of dinner on Sunday! I absolutely love brunch food and I hate waiting in line so making it at home is the best ✨

Pastries

I picked these up at the farmers market this morning - I love a flight of any kind. So the opportunity to try 3 different danish flavors (apricot, currant, and blueberry) was a treat

Frittata

Mark thought he didn’t like frittata - but that was before he made this one. It was eggs, crumbled Italian sausage, thyme and gruyere. So perfectly fluffy and flavorful.

Wild Arugula Salad

I wanted something to cut through the richness of the frittata and while I was at the farmers market the arugula looked SO good. I cannot stop eating it. We served it with a little bit of olive oil, some lemon zest, juice and salt. Perfect side salad 👌🏻

Fruit Salad

Peach made this, featuring strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and some apricot jam to tie the whole thing together.

Mimosa

Peach also brought way too much champagne, fresh squeezed orange juice and we added some of the berries to my favorite goblet glasses. Such a treat!
