Apple, fennel, walnut salad

Needed something healthy. Apples bring a nice brightness (lightness to my brain) to pair with the heavy pie.

Chocolate Mousse

Similar to the salad - wanted to keep things light. What’s lighter than mousse? Serve suggestion: Chill in your finest glassware. Single serve. Looks fabulous. Can be served all at once and prepped in advance. It’s a dinner party dream ⚡️
