Baked Salmon & Green Beans

Disgustingly healthy.

Grilled Chicken & Farro Tomato Salad

We made Brian Lagerstrom’s chicken again, and then paired with an arugula, farro and tomato salad.

Baked Salmon & Asparagus

More baked salmon. Baked both @ 425°. Topped with a lemon butter sauce. Added a tomato feta side salad.

Ribeye & Caesar Salad

We call this “The Jean Hill Dinner”.

Fried Eggs on Sourdough Toast

Mark adds red chili pepper flakes to the oil.

Pasta Alla Checca

Hot fresh pasta with room temperature tomatoes, mozzarella, oil and basil. Perfect summer lunch.

Spinach Feta Orzo

Steak with Corn & Tomato Salad

Recipe from Deb Perelman. This steak was so good. Such a good use of summer produce.

Bruschetta

Homemade by mark. Topped with Nonna Pia’s balsamic glaze

Pasta all Vodka, Again

Recipe from Brian Lagerstrom. The Calabrian chilis make this.
