Surf & Ouef

The menu was conceived and executed by the birthday boy himself. Each plate featured the “surf” which was a potato pancake, topped with grilled salmon, sliced avocados, dill cream sauce and red onions. And then for the “ouef” it was a mostly traditional egg’s Benedict: English muffin, ham, poached egg, and asparagus, topped with a béarnaise instead of a hollandaise (because with Peach, more is more when it comes to fresh herbs and dill)

Our dinning room table finally arrived last week, and then came the velvet benches. These were very much to Panda’s liking 😍

Peach’s favorite scone flavor is Apple Cinnamon - unfortunately I only had cinnamon sugar bits in the pantry, so that’s what he got! Stuck some birthday candles in there so he could make a wish ✨
