St. Patrick’s Day 2026 🍀

Peach (legally: Patrick) has decided St. Patrick’s Day is his birthday. His actual birthday is in July, but we don’t talk about that. Like any good host, I take birthday dessert requests seriously and this year he asked for angel food cake with strawberries 🍓 I made this King Arthur version which is uses ~12 egg whites (!) The end result was an incredibly light and airy cake with just a hint of vanilla flavor. We topped each slice with lightly whipped cream and macerated strawberries.
