Scrambled eggs

Oven made. 20 minutes @ 400°

Breakfast and maple sausage

Made on the stovetop. Start in a cold pan with a quarter cup of water. Cover and steam until cooked through, then add some fat (butter) and sauté until brown and sexy

Waffles

Recipe from King Arthur (secrets are the egg whites and corn meal) and made in this waffle maker (being able to make 4 at once is a game changer when serving crowds)

Carrot Cake

Recipe from King Arthur. I normally make ATK’s. KA’s was way more spice (specifically cinnamon) forward. Lacked raisins (I think I missed them?) and too many pecans.

Cinnamon Rolls

Recipe from Bravetart by Stella Parks. Wanted to love this - but the dough and I didn’t get along. It was too wet? Never really came together structurally for me.
