It was unseasonably chilly this weekend, and cold weather calls for pot roast 🥣 We served it with mashed potatoes and spinach 🌿
Pot Roast
A Brian Lagerstrom recipe. We accidentally cooked it our pizza stone in the oven (on a different rack) and believe that resulted in a longer cook time, so friendly reminder to remove your stone if you’re not using it.
Spinach
Peach made this! Classic, simple, perfection. It was a really beautiful compliment to the richness of the pot roast.
