Dinner was at Peach’s this week πŸ‘ The menu was Mediterranean inspired. We had lamb with homemade flatbread, and a Peach’s first ever thadig!

Lamb

Cooked in a pressure cooker for 90 minutes. Paired with homemade tzatziki and roasted veggies (zucchini, bell peppers and onions). Could eat for every meal - so satisfying and tasty!

Mountain Bread

Everyone got to pitch in for these! Peach made the dough, then we each got to roll them out, by stretching them over a bowl, then cooking on the stove top for a few minutes! An activity with a tasty treat - I am in.

Tahdig

The secret to success here is putting holes in the rice - so the bottom steam has somewhere to go, otherwise it’ll get stuck at the bottom and prevent browning.

Dried Plums With a Red Wine Reduction

Made with walnuts, orange peel and honey, served over pound cake, Greek yogurt. So scrumptious!
