Buffalo Chicken Sandwich & Blue Cheese Dressing
Obviously, Brian Lagerstrom recipes. The buffalo sauce really makes this dish - so much more than just hot sauce. We got very crispy, craggly chicken. It was perfect.
Fudge Brownies
Mark requested fudge brownies this week, so I went this King Arthur version. It was exactly as promised - a fudgey, chocolatey, brownie. Through the process of making these I learned there is a global Dutch processed cocoa powder shortage due to a disease affecting cocoa - so stock up!
Lemon Posset
I wanted something light to serve after the fried chicken sandwiches so I made an all time crowd favorite - these lemon possets. Served with Costco berries which are elite.
